valdamor ha querido conmemorar su quinto aniversario con la primera elaboracion de un albarino fermentado en barrica.
se vendimiaron a mano y grano a grano las mejores uvas de las cepas mas antiguas del valle con una edad media de 25 anos. producidas por nuestro 200 viticultores durante el mes de septiembre de 2001. la aportacion individual no supero los 75 kgs.
el mosto fermento en sus propias lias en barricas de roble frances de variedad nevers y permanecio en ellas 6 meses exactos hasta su embotellado final. este albarino fermentado es un homenaje a los artesanos elaboradores de nuestra tierra y nos hemos mantenido fiels a su firme tradision elaoradora. captar la esencia de la uva albarino y de la cosecha 2001 solo ha permitdo elaborar 8000 botellas de esta cuidada seleccion. =
valdomor wants to celebrate the fifth aniversary with the first elaboration of the oak barrel.
this harvest was hand made grape to grape with the best and the oldest from the valley, aged 25 years. the grape is formented in the oak, french barrel for exactly six months.
this albarino (the grape) is formented to a legacy by the craftmen of our land and we are loyal to our exact tradition. we produce 8,000 bottles of special selection.
