the graphics are applied to the bottle at the glass producing plant in france and are not a label that we can change the text on. we have 8,000 of these bottles which we believe we could sell in under one year in michigan. we are not available in any state other than michigan. if the michigan liquor control looked at the bottle and felt the bottle was acceptable with a limitation that we had a year to use the bottle then all future bottles would have the changed as directed by the ttb is this a option we could look at? we did send a copy of the graphics to the ttb for a informal review but since we did not have the formula approval yet sara johnson did not comment on the graphics. thanks kent
