"dominus vobiscum" is the beer brand from the brewery charlevoix and translates to "lord be with you." "que charlevoix soit en vous" means "and charlevoix also with you."
on the back label on the bottom right the og means "original gravity" and refers to the initial sugar content of the beer before fermentation. the "aa" means "apparent attenuation" and refers to the attenuation of the yeast. "ibus" means "international bittering units" and refers to how much bitterness the hops have added to the beers. "lov" refers to the lovibond scale, which measures the color of the beer (from light to dark).
*no spices or special flavors were used in the making of this beer.
**changes to front and back label have been made.
***the brewery that makes this beer is charlevoix, as listed on the back of the label. it is also mentioned right after the dominus vobiscum. for ease of searching, can we keep the "charlevoix" as part of the fanciful name?
