this wine has been elaborated with grapes from the tinto de pais (tempranillo) grape variety that comes from one of our vineyards with vines that are 60 years in age. grape selection is carefully handled in small crates as not to bruise the grapes, and then barrel aged for up to 20 months in french oak barrels.
we recommend decanting this wine since the wine may throw off sediment in the bottle.
