"estd the vaults, leith scotland" please see attached photo (logo on bottle.jpg) the number "7.82" is a numerical code that relates to a specific distillery and a specific cask of single malt scotch whisky. as no two individual casks of scotch whisky exhibit the same bouquet or taste, we identify each individual cask with a code number. "7" relates to the longmorn distillery, ".82" means it is the eight second cask that the society has bottled from the longmorn distillery.
