a symbol that looks like a swoosh is meant to be a line depiction of a mountain above the the word tabor on the label. this appears on the celoseals and the cork.
there are kosher seals of approval. the hebrew translation of the kosher approval is as follows, " kosher le mehadrin. the wine is not produced during snat smita (the 7th year where some don't drink the wine as it is not mehadrin.
the right kosher mark is badatz - the highest kosher certificate
