this exercise has become rediculous. i have an approved formula for marion berry mead. it is a mead and i have included the statement of composition on the label indicating that it is a honey wine with the percentage of berries included per the formulation division requirement. marion berry mead is the fanciful name, again approved by the formulation division. it is becoming apparent, that after changing the label time and time again, that you will not approve this label nor allow me to use the approved fanciful name of this product. it is made with marion berries. i am not attempting to mislead anyone by simply using the approved fanciful name, which i have even changed. how about this: marion mead is named for maid marion of the robin hood legends, which people associate with mead/friar tuck etc. i could not be clearer on the ingredients unless i use the fda nutrition fact box. thanks for your consideration.
