translation: "this wine was produced with grapes from the varieties touriga nacional (60%) and touriga franca (40%) and these were destemmed by hand. alcoholic fermentation in french oak barrels of 500l and foot shredded. malolactic fermentation and 18 months ageing made in the same barrels. intense red color and vigorous aroma where mature fruit, like black cherries and blue berries predominate and are in harmony with chocolate and toasty note. on the palate has good body and structure, mature flavors, freshness and fine yet potent tannins, which linger the finish.
non filtered nor fined. it may show deposit a long time. decant 1 hour prior to drink and serve at 16-18ºc temperature."touriga nacional-touriga franca
