here, our 2005 cabernet sauvignon makes an encore appearance...only better!! well loved at the first release in early 2008, we secretly held back a small amount of this robust wine so it could soften even further for 10 more months in the barrel. after aging for a total of 40 months, this rich, supple wine has delicate aromas of dried black cherry and nutmeg along with a hint of olive and leather. then in your mouth, embrace the tannin structure which is balanced by notes of boysenberry, ripe black cherry and blueberry, followed-up with a refined toasty finish. enjoy"again!
