a crowd pleaser!
this full body dry chardonnay cuvée is the spirit of the podravje valley, known for it"s premium white wines with immense aging ability. a rich bouquet of ripe yellow fruit and minerals. it is fruit forward on the palate with a silky texture and mineral finish. it is a lively old world blend of chardonnay, renski riesling and pinot gris.
it received the bronze medal at the decanter world wine awards, london. the kupljen family has been growing and making wine at their estate since 1836. the first vines in their region were planted pre-roman times.
