note that the collar is used on kegs - placed on the top and secured by a cap. the three volumes are: 10l, 15l and 19.5l. the appropriate volume will be marked at the time of filling (like the brewing industry). the kegs are also engraged with "free flow wines" on the chimes (handles) and have a sticker around the keg indicating free flow wines.
