suho, crveno stolno vino proizvedno od izabranog grozda sa skoro 40 godina starih loza is vinograda u nadinu pored zadra. odlezano je 18 mjeseci u barrique bacvama od francuskog hrasta. aromama na zacinsko bilje, zeleni papar, mentu, te tamno bobicasto voce, sa finim zrelim taninima, pogodno za visegodisnje odlezavanje. najbolje je na temperaturi od 16-18 c uz jela od tamnog mesa, odreske, divljac, drniski prsut ili ozbiljne plemenite sireve.
(this is a dry red table wine made of selected grapes from 40 year old vines from vineyards in nadin near zadar. matured for 18 months in barrique barrels of french oak. it has aromas of herbs, green pepper, mint, berries, with fresh tannins. it is meant for long term aging. best served at 16-18 celcius with dark meats, steak, wild game, prosciutto from drnis or serious noble cheeses.)
