the farm is located in russian suvereto in upper maremma, and produces four wines, three reds and a white, the barbicone you get for i'80% sangiovese grapes, and the rest from ciligiolo, colorino, cannaiolo and jack. aged for one year in oak barrels is affnato then in bottle for 18 months. serve at a temperature of 19c.
