in 1936, the camp for the republican aviation, el refugi, was built. part of the vineyards were removed to build the camp. in this place the refugees produced the first bottles of cava. today it produces some of our finest reserves. xarel-lo fermented in barrels of 300l produced at the domaine by masia can mayol.
