100% tempranillo sourced from old vineyards. aged 28 months in new barrels of french and american oak. grapes grown in a traditional viticulture way on bush vines and yields of between 2500 kg and 3500kg per hectare. manual harvest and selection with grapes entering by gravity, destalked with a light crush. spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts from the vineyard, doing pump overs and punch downs daily in small tanks give life to this wine from land form castilla y leon.
