"at quinta das bageiras we make our reserve wines with our best selection of grapes. we use baga grapes from over 75 year old vineyards planted on our best clay and limestone soils. we pick the grapes in september when they are perfectly mature and ferment them in small vats without de-stemming. after aging in wood the wine was bottled without filtration in february of 2006 to preserve its youthfull freshness and vigor. the wine will develope some sediment, as is customary for wines of this type." at bottom--
