this sparkling wine is made from maria gomes and bical, harvested in september after complete maturation. this was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. this sparkling wine was aged for 30 months which enabled it to become fully integrated and well balanced without the addition of a sweatened dossage: "bruto natural". 11,700 bottles were produced.
