our vineyard is located near the santa lucia river which has given life to this great sauvignon blanc. in this priviledged terroir, the grape plants grow on rustic and gravel with good drainage and ideal weather conditions for excellent maturation of the grapes. variety: sauvignon blanc. georgraphic location, canelones. charecteristics: light yellow color with green tones. aroma resembles the maracuya fruit, green apples,fresh tropical fruits and fresh flowers. its acidity is leveled and offers a surprising volume. best served with cheeses, risotto of mushrooms, shrimp and white meats.
serve between 10 and 12 degrees celsius.
