our vineyard is located near the santa lucia river which has given life to this great tannat. in this priviledged terroir, the grape plants grow on rustic and gravel with good drainage and ideal weather conditions for excellent maturation of the grapes.

stored in french oak barrels for 8 months for an excellent balance of fruity oak.
ideal for red meats, strong cheese and chocolate desserts.
serve between 16 and 18 degree celcius
