this is an all malt beer. only water, cereal grains, hops and yeast were used in its creation. it is made with popped popcorn, but were told by our local ttb officer, paul freeland, that since corn is common cereal grain that we use in the same manner as the rest of our grains we did not need to file for formula approval.
