this label is made up of two parts, an 'upper' label and a 'lower' label, both are attached individually and there is a graphic depicting the both labels as they will be oriented on the bottle
1. where label reads "pool" as the logo on the upper half of the label (see bottle photo) there will be affixed a metallic and embossed label (as per photograph attached), dimensions of the metallic label are as listed.
1a. both graphic design and actual photo of the upper label as it was printed has been attached to this application as part of the request for 'use-up'. a letter requesting the 'use-up' in more detail is also attached as part of this application.
2. label attachment listed as "brand" is one label encompassing both front and back which will be wrapped around the circumference of the bottle and affixed by a heating process called "litho labeling".30.0 %
