this beer doesn't need any formula approval see last formula for previous label.
this current label makes no health claims and since it contains " other malted cereals" it complies with section 117(a)(7) of the faa act(27 u.s.c. 211(a)(7)) definition of malt beverage, and falls under ttb jurisdiction. that would be my understanding of this specific keg label. i have made the "warning" more bold and corrected the conflicting volume.
