you questioned our use of the term "dessert beverage" on the back label. the ttb approved a similar product for us, serial number 080104, that had the language "dessert cider" on the back label. the inconspicuous use of the term "dessert beverage" on our back label seems in line with your earlier approval. this is not a wine product so the term "table wine" is not appropriate.
