front: pionero. let's toast for the pioneers that explored this land, that founded this valley and planted the first vines. for the pioneers who discovered new paths and start day by day a journey to the unknown. cheers! this vintage gives us a burgundy red color, clean and brilliant, with medium coat. sweet aromas of plum compote and raspberries covered in caramel, opening up coffee aromas and roasted cacao. in mouth, we find velvety tannins that blend with a refreshing acidity, confirming that the taste and aroma are related. pairs perfectly with the new mexican cuisine.
