translation of brand label: made from a small plot of more than 45 years, located in the upper part of the clos de beze, at the top of the hill. harvested by hand the september 22, 2009. manual sorting of the grapes, partial full destemming vinificaiton before the traditional. aged in new oak in our cellars for a year. the bottling was made the february 27, 2011 without bonding or filtration by gravity (without the use of pump), to preserve all its qualities to the wine. it was produced 1020 bottles of this wine.
