translation of brand label: this wine is derived from a vine agee of more than 65 years, located below the grands crus from gevry-chambertin . harvest by the hand on 23 september 2005. manual sorting rigorous, traditional winemaking with the natural yeast of the wine. aged in new oak in our cellars for a year. the bottling was made the february 20, 2007 without bonding or filtration by gravity (without the use of pump), to preserve all its qualities to the wine. it has been produced 330 bottles of this wine.
