translation bea montefalco rosso 2004
2004 [difficult but intriguing]
in 2004 there was a hail storm in may followed by a normal growing season through the harvest, which resulted in a vintage that was not easy but is in the end intriguing. from the vineyards of san valentino, composed of 70% sangiovese, 15% montepulciano dâ"abruzzo, 15% sagrantino. bottled 20 october 2008. this wine when well maintained at a constant temperature of 14-16 degrees centigrade will improve for years. worked only when the moon was in the decline and without any stabilization. a natural sediment may form in the bottle which guarantees that this wine is alive. be careful when pouring. this wine goes well with salami, first courses, roasts, cheese. open 2-3 hours before serving and serve at 18-20 degrees centigrade. 6333 bottles were produced.
