translation bea sagrantino secco 2004
2004
capricious weather but good. from the pagliaro vineyard, south facing 100% sagrantino. no treatments in the vineyards. 48 day maceration with the skins. aged 14 months in stainless steel and 43 months in large oak barrels; then bottled without filtration. sediment may form in the bottle and is a guarantee that the wine is alive. serve with roasts, cheeses, dried sweets. serve 17-19 degrees centigrade. 9838 bottles 750ml/150 magnums, 1500 mls/99 double mags, 3000 mls produced.
