translation bea rosso riserva 2004
2004 [the 6th]
characterized by strange weather patterns which produced a pure vintage without the use of any treatments in the vineyards of pipparello, situated in the heart of the montefalco doc zone composed of 60% sangiovese, 25% montepulciano dâ"abruzzo, 15% sagrantino. fermented and macerated for 45 days with the skins without the addition of yeast or sulfites. aged for 24 months in stainless steel and 24 months in 25 hectoliter oak barrels. be careful when decanting since this unmanipulated wine may throw a natural sediment, a testimony that it is alive. 2004 bottled 23 september 2008 produced a total of 6.933 bottles.
