translation inside frame line: 2006 had a stable climate which created a good year. we were obligated by events to create this field blend of the classic grapes of montefalco including 60% sangiovese; 10% montepulciano; and 30% sagrantino, cultivated without the use of herbicides, fertilizer or chemical treatments. fermentation is without the addition of sulfites or yeasts or enzymes. the wine is worked only during periods when the moon is waning. the wine is not stabilized and will form a natural sediment guaranteeing that this wine is alive. pay attention when pouring. bottled in october 2009. please keep at a temperature between 14-16 degrees centigrade.
