the denomination of origin rueda belongs to one of the best areas of production of grapes in spain. thanks to an excellent warm continential lcimate during the day, and cold at night, those grapes mature under ideal conditions.
this wine is elaborated with carefully selected verdejo grapes. the fermentation takes plae in depositis of stainless steel with a controlled temperature of 15-16 degrees c.
on the nose, it has a very distringuished bouquet. delicous and smooth on the palate, this wine has a very pleasant amplitude. it should be served at 10 degrees c.13.0 %
