tenuta montemagno, old estate already present in documents from 1563, proposes the wihte nymphae, product of a blend with sauvignon, cortese and timorasso. it is a distinct due to its strong minerality and the intensity of olfactory notes of acacia flowers and whitethorn, pear and tomato leaves. soft and strong in the mouth, it is a persistent and structured white thanks to the refining on the yeasts for four months and to the presence of the autochthonous vine from piedmont timorasso, recently rediscovered, which gives a non-common longevity. better served at a temperature of 10-12° c.
