back label reads in greek: in santorini our ancestors collected the most ripe grapes from their best vineyards. once the harvest was over around sunset the patitiria came alive all night. the "nikteri" had taken place. what was left was the fermentation and the aging of the wine in oak barrels. staying close to the tradition of the island we created a wine with high alcoholic title and strong flavor, which was aged in oak barrels for a total of six months. further down it reads in greek: contains sulfites.... bottled in 8900 bottles winery hatzidakis pyrgos kallistis 847 01 santorini
