at monte seis reis we promote art and tradition of our region.
we have produced this wine exclusively 100% syrah.
this red 2004 undertook the fermentation at a controlled temperature with an extended post fermentation maceration. the wine was aged in french oak barrels for 8 months, followed by bottle ageing.
this wine should be tasted at the ideal temperature of 18c. ideal to eat with hunting, cheeses and roasted dishes.
