translation for coenobium rusticum: wine produced at the trappist monastary from 55% trebbiano, 15% verdicchio, 20% malvasia, 10% gracchetto cultivated in the vineyards of the monastic order following natural methods without the use of chemical or synthetic treatments. fermented 15 days in the grape skin. to best express the character of the grapes, this wine has not undergone any stabilization process. serve between 12-15 degrees centregrade and use care when handling the bottle. the 2007 vintage produced 3900 bottles.
