the name of mizuo means the source of water. the water gushes out year round is
naturally sweet and very clear.
mizuo junmai daiginjo is made of very rare kind of rice "kinmon-nishiki"
by polishing to 39% of original size. we could increase the taste of kinmon-nishiki and
its aroma by fully hand crafting this sake.

recommendation of serving: chilled 10 degrees c or warm 40 degrees c
rice: kinmon-nishiki (grown in kijimadaira, nagano) 100%
