fruit of an exclusive plot named "clos nostre senyor" in which the three traditional varieties are grown. this wine is made with reserve wines from 50 year old macabeu xarel.lo and parellada vines. the base wine was aged on its lees in barrels for 10 months. second fermentation inside the bottle with a cork stopper for more than 90 months. manual disgorging each bottle to achieve a maximum expression of cava. in order to enhance the aromas oxygenate for five minutes after opening and one minute in the glass.
