the french have a very big tradition of keeping it in the family " "father and son". in the first drop family, we like to give the mothers the credit " "mother and son".
the grapes for this little chardonnay were picked by hand and whole bunch pressed. full solids in this wild barrel fermentation " no yeast added! the oak is french hogshead, naturally my colonel, then six months lees stirring. we have a restrained wine, sophisticated like belgian fabric.
