on some limited production bottles, there may appear on top of the closure a small shotglass attached to the top of the closure. the shotglass will have the words "kimo" and/or "maui" silkscreened onto it. kimo is the hawaiian word for jim in english and maui is an island in the hawaiian chain, as well as one of the hawaiian mythology's main gods.
on some limited production bottles there may appear a self-adhesive sticker, not covering the label, which amplifies the hawaiian origin of the product, with a phrase such as "genuine maui product" or "genuine hawaii product".
on some limited production bottles there may be hanging from a thread around the bottle neck a small folded pamphlet disclosing the history of the distillery. the attachment method will prevent the pamphlet from blocking a clear view to the main bottle label.
