from the city center continuing along the road that leads to asti, on our right we find road colomabaro that climbs up the hill. here, in the middle of its vineyards, rises cascina colomabaro which is blessed by sunlight exposure from morning to evening. this is where we grow and cultivate our barbera moscato and dolcetto. we have planted 4,650 barbatelle of the latter on a 10.500 sqm surface. the grapes were harvested the last week of september. continuing the ancient peasants traditions, then, once all the steps of the wine production and adequate decantng were completed, this wine was bottled in march during the decreasing moon phase.
