intense red of high layer. complex nose; balsamic and ripe red fruits with notes of cocoa and compote. mineral mouth, intense and oily. mature tannins well integrated. deep and with balanced acidity.

varietal- cabernet sauvignon, vines of low production located around the celler
soil and climate-
 on sloping soils between the hills of mediona. select soils of a complex structure, calcareous and rocky. 480 m altitude, south oriented with a wide thermal rise.
harvest: manual harvest in boxes at an optimal moment of ripeness. settling overnight in refrigerated room. strict quality control in cellar and at the vineyards.
elaboration and fermentation: pre fermented maceration with strong aromatic extraction. 
temperature controlled fermentation. application of pumps and delestage. total maceration of 3 weeks exclusively using the wine obtained by the bleeding.

aging and service- aged 12 month in french oak barrels. malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tubs. recommended serving temperature 16-18c and decanted, due to its low filtration attempting to maintain its organoleptic features.
