brilliant and sharp appearance, pale yellow with green hue. fresh aroma, intense and fresh with white fruit touch. vivid in mouth, fresh, balanced and fragrant with smooth and delicate retronasal.

vineyards and varietals: located in the estate around the cellar. old montonega vines with a low production distinctive for its small grain and rosy skin.
soil and climate: on sloping soils between the hills of mediona. select soils of a complex structure, calcareous and rocky. 480 m altitude, south oriented with a wide thermal rise.
harvest: manual harvest in boxes at an optimal moment of ripeness. settling overnight in refrigerated room. strict quality control in cellar and at the vineyards.
elaboration and fermentation:destemming, soft crushing and mild pressing produce an excellent must. static clearing and temperature controlled fermentation. several upheavals, the rigors of winter, a small fining and filtration, preceded the bottling.
crianca and production: from the bottling january of 2010 results a very limited production of this white wine of intense personality. recommended serving temperature between 8 and
10 º c.
