da piu di 40 anni questo pinot grigio cresce sui terreni argillo-calcarei ben esposti e ben ventilati.
i grappoli sono piccoli e compatti, con acini ovali di colore grigio scuro anch'essi piccoli succosi, con buccia leggera. la ricchezza e la bellezza di queste uve ha suggerito a giorgi grai di vinificarle lasciando la polpa dell'acino a contatto delle bucce, facendo si che il vino assuma naturalmente questo colore fior di pesco che ben racchiude l'eleganza di un vino bianco con la corposita di un vino rosso. questo e il nostro pinot grigio.

for more than 40 years, this pinot grigio grows on clay-limestone soils that are well exposed and well-ventilated.
the bunches are small and compact, dark gray oval berries, small and juicy, with light skins. the richness and beauty of these grapes has suggested to giorgi grai to make wine from the pulp, leaving on the skins, making sure that the wine naturally assumes the peach blossom color that captures well the elegance of a white wine with a full-bodiedness of red wine. this is our pinot grigio.pinot grigio
