con uve raccolte ben mature si ottiene un vino rosso, caldo, suadente e di buon profuma.
colore: rosso rubino carico, profonda con riflessi violacei.
profumo: vinoso e fresco, che in evoluzione assume un equilibrato sentore di legno.
gusto: garbatamente acidulo, di medio corpo che gli conferisce una buona beva. si abbina bene ai piatti di salami e a piatti a base di came di maiale.
