saperavi and cabernet grapes harvested in our vineyards are blended after 5 months of separate maturation. deep red color wine shows a spicy nose with red fruit and fresh minty aromas. palate is full with jammed red fruit and fresh raspberry with a touch of oak and vanila. the finish is long and silky, with firm tannins. food matching: perfect wine for grilled meat, t:16-18c
