"main et coeur" is the name of our wine. french for "hand and heart". as stated in our previous submission.
the heart on the label refers to our family crest which represents the merger of art and science. the hand represents my wife who is an artist and the heart represents me who is in science. this image has already been approved on two other wine label applications this year. we request that all 3 labels be approved with the same imagery to preclude confusion of the consumer regarding the brand.
the type and font used is the same as that on multiple approved applications and has been found to be compliant with the current rules and regulations it has been previously approved for a 2008 pinot noir, 2009 pinot noir, 2010 viognier, and a 2011 pinot noir (14% alchohol). this application is for the 2011 pinot noir 13%.13.0 %
