rosso superiore = superior red wine.
garda is the appellation of origin.
translation of italian wording of paragraph: madèr is the dialect word for those vine branches where grapes grow. this wine is the result of vinification of the garda classico combination of grapes such as groppello, marzemino, barbera e sangiovese. the vines grow on the morainic hills of our property. it has been bottled in may 2008. this wine is suitable for further aging. to be tasted at around 18°c. total production of 8.000 bottles " 0.75 liters.

fyi "morainic" is the adjectival form of "moraine," which is a geological term for the rocky and gravelly deposits left at the end of a glacier.
