in our high altitude vineyards, snails always have proliferated in great abundance and sometimes have damaged our vineyards by eating the leaves but, doing so they certified the absolute healthiness of the vegetation and the surrounding environment confirming a way of farming that for thousand of years is respectful of an area of high viticultural.
we are confident that this wine will know how to transfer great emotions, the result of a high quality grapes and huge passion, to fully enjoy this wine we recommend to drink it at a temperature of 12 c
