i would like to request to get to "use up" the previous importer's label as there is product with that exising label and i need to bring in 2 containers right away. this label has already been approved by you and the label with me as the import company is in your possession for approval. but to be clear i want an exception to bring in product with the current approved label (ttb id: 06307000000027) until existing stock is used up and then i will bring in product with me as the importer on the label. the quantity is 2700 cases and i would need no more than 6 months. thank you. please see letters in other attachments.
