in order to preserve all its qualities, this is a non-disgorged sparkling, we have maintained it with the fine lees, responsible of the autolysis (glucan and manno-proteins) that avoid oxidation and give us a creamy sparkling, with more volume in the mouth and elegant aromas. the cork and the "grapa" are the original ones from may 2003, when the tirage was done. this is a sparkling with a personality and a long ageing of more than 109 months.xarel-lo
